metal (http://www.foam-insulation.co.uk/content/view/20/51/) roof insulation. (http://www.foam-insulation.co.uk/roof-insulation.htm)
We make the polyurethane foam on site and pump the foam using high pressure heated
hoses from the truck to the install point. After any roof repairs required, the polyurethane foam
is heat applied at high pressure and sprayed onto tiles or slates or other substrates. This seals
the roof and prevents the ingress of wind blown rain, snow, dust and debris, and acts to bond and
stabilise an old roof. The depth of sprayfoam installed provides the thermal insulation or U
value required. Most domestic installations are completed within one to two days.
Rigid polyurethane spray foam is effective in controlling condensation on metal
roofing by creating a warm roof resulting in excellent thermal and sound insulation. Because the
IsoSpray spray foam insulation can be applied direct to the substrate surface, it is excellent
for metal cladding insulation and asbestos cladding insulation on industrial buildings and farm
buildings.
Iso-Spray rigid foam can also be used to provide roof insulation, wall insulation
and floor insulation in new and existing buildings as it is a relatively easy retro installation
fit. IsoSpray spray foam saves you money on heating costs and produces an economical long lasting
solution to your roofing problems creating a polyurethane foam spray seal that provides a warm
roof and a warm attic space and eliminates condensation on tiles, slates, metal roofing and metal
cladding. Since Iso Foam is a spray applied it will fit any shape and area and fits when
insulation boards are difficult to fit or pose an interstitial condensation risk due to inability
of the boards to eliminate air movement via joins.

By installing rigid roof insulation at rafter level it keeps the loft void warmer and prevents
condensation build up which otherwise occurs when increasing loft insulation at ceiling level.
Also, rafter cold bridging can be minimised by spraying the rigid foam behind the rafter and in
between the roof laths. The warmer, drier, cleaner roof space helps minimise the risk of pipes
and tanks from freezing in winter months.
