Free Roof and Insulation Survey Offer - Terms and Conditions

2) The Company specialises in new roofs, roof repairs, installing roof windows, installing light tunnels and spray foam insulation for roof bonding, sealing, anti-condensation and insulation.

4) The Free Roof Insulation Survey Offer is open to England, Wales and Scotland mainland domestic homeowners only.

5) The Survey will be Free to the homeowner. The Company will meet the full cost of the Survey.

6) A roof and insulation Surveyor will call by an agreed appointment only. The homeowners agrees to keep the appointment or give reasonable cancellation notice before the Surveyor travels. Surveys will not be done without the homeowner keeping the appointment.

7) Access to see all elevations of the roof outside and inside must be granted to the Surveyor.

8) Survey findings will be reported at the time of the survey visit and recommendations may be made by the Surveyor. The homeowner can request a free, without obligation, quotation for any work that the Surveyor recommends. The quotation will be prepared and sent by email and/or sent in the post.

9) The Company may decline to do a survey at its sole discretion.

10) The Company may withdraw the Free Velux Window offer at any time or change the offer at its sole discretion

11) The Company may offer alternative promotions and brands at its sole discretion.

12) The Company may withdraw this Offer and any other offers running at anytime at its sole discretion.

13) The Company may decline to undertake any work quoted at its sole discretion.
