Re. installation at Grove Road, Walthamstow, London, December 2005.

My wife and I were very impressed with the performance of IsoSpray. The installation team worked very hard all week, always clearing up after themselves, and we were very pleased with the end result. The loft is now fully usable and very cosy. We were pleased we had the second Velux window fitted as it ensures a tremendous amount of light. When, some months later we identified what we thought might be a minor leak, IsoSpray promptly sent someone to inspect the roof. In the event no repair was required but it was good to know that aftercare was so prompt. I am happy to recommend IsoSpray.

Sean sent this email after we had attended to what he thought might be a leak. As it turned out it was excess condensation forming in the false ceiling void above the bathroom which had a cold ventilation inlet that was promoting condensation. The condensation dripped by the ceiling rose above the bath so appeared to be a leak. The initial spotting of this occurred with a down pour so it was thought a leak had developed in the roof.
