The cost depends on the amount of preparation, roof repairs, condition of flashings and lead work, number of tile/slate replacements, the size of the roof, the area needing foam insulation, the depth of foam insulation and the specification of the roof foam used. Based upon your description, we can usually provide you with a "ball park" estimate over the 'phone. Our “ball park” estimates are typically within plus or minus 10% of the final fixed price. The more accurate the description the more accurate is the estimate before the surveyed quoted price.

We offer free surveys to potential customers but they do cost us money. If you need to think about the “ball park” estimate then there is not much point in having a survey since the final fixed price will not be much different.
